Over the next few days I’m going to give some suggestions on dealing with a phenomenon that we all too often deal with on a daily basis – stress.
There are two things I’ m going to suggest today. First, avoid over scheduling. An out of control schedule is a sure recipe for personal stress. Get a handle on it before it mishandles you. Second, Avoid negative people – back away slowly, cross over, or just don’t respond. Negativity is like a virus – it spreads rapidly. These two little actions can help to reduce your stress today and every day that you put them into practice. More tomorrow.
