Spiritual Life Coaching – Crisis

Spiritual Life Coaching – Crisis

It is difficult to keep your cool during a crisis. We tend to come apart when we need to keep it together. We’ve tried the methods like count to ten, breathe deeply, close your eyes and go to your happy place, the “What About Bob” baby steps, and a hundred others. One that is so important in a crisis is to remind yourself that “I am a child of God – I belong to the Creator and am loved – nothing can separate me from the love of God.” (“And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love.” Romans 8:38) Crisis will come and go but the love of God remains and never changes (“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.” Hebrews 13:8)

You can draw on a supernatural power to give you strength (“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13) It is faith that gets you through. People may let you down. Even those closest to you can disappoint you but God has a supernatural provision that you can draw on. So do that.

Be Well…
