Spiritual Life Coaching – On Course
Things actually went well last week dealing with Sue’s parents and brother – here’s hoping it will last. Thank you for all your prayers. Thanks for all your prayers for several weeks now – I need them.
Psalm 119: 1-2 (The Message) spoke to me today: “You’re blessed when you stay on course walking steadily on the road revealed by God. You’re blessed when you follow his directions doing your best to find Him.” I thought about Jesus reading or hearing those lines and thinking about them as he spoke the beatitudes. Staying on the path – the course. Let’s watch for the sign posts today that keep us on course. Let’s walk steadily on the road of revelation. Don’t try to cram everything into one day just walk the walk. Let your eyes look up and see the horizon or the trees or the clouds – look in people’s eyes and really listen to their voices. Be fully present as much as you can and know you are connected to something truly amazing.
Remember God is seeking to mold us into the image of His Son. (Colossians 1:27-28) The road is not always easy and the path is not always clear but God bids us walk it and as we walk in faith we are blessed.
